Base hourly rates (CAD)

- Standard hourly: CAD 200/hour (2‑hour minimum = CAD 400)

- Weekend or peak day: CAD 250/hour

- Overtime (after agreed session length): CAD 300/hour

What’s included per hour

- On-location or studio shooting 

- Basic in-camera color correction and tethered preview

- Delivery: 5 edited images per hour (basic retouching)

- Online gallery delivery within 5–10 business days

- 1 touch-up revision round for selected images

Add-ons & upgrades (CAD)

- Additional edited images: CAD 40/image

- Advanced retouch per image: CAD 60/image

- Assistant / second shooter: CAD 350/day or CAD 150/hour

- Portable lightbox/product kit (on-location): CAD 120/day

- Rapid turnaround (48–72 hrs): +35% of session total

- Video clips / social edits (per hour of capture): CAD 150/hour (edit included)

Minimums & deposits

- 2‑hour minimum per booking; sessions booked online must be prepaid or secured with a 30% deposit.

- Deposit example: 2-hour booking (CAD 400) → 50% deposit = CAD 200 upfront.

- Remaining balance due 7 days before session (or on booking for last-minute requests).

Cancellation & rescheduling

- Free reschedule up to 14 days before session.

- Cancellations 7–14 days before: 50% of paid deposit retained.

- Cancellations <7 days: full deposit retained; last-minute cancellations may be charged full session fee.

- Weather/back-up day: outdoor shoots include one free reschedule within 7 days for weather issues.
