Tier 1 — Host Concept: Strategic Activation Host (Basic)

What’s included:

• Pre-event strategy call (60 minutes) to align objectives, audience, and brand messaging
• Custom host script and guest flow for 1-day event (up to 6 hours on-site)
• On-site hosting & emceeing: greet attendees, manage stage transitions, deliver brand messages, and facilitate light activities or prize draws
• One branded activation concept + checklist for client execution
• Post-event 30-minute debrief and improvement notes
• Exclusions: travel & accommodation, production crew, AV/rental costs Ideal for: small corporate activations, single-day tent activations, sponsor visibility

Tier 2 — Extended Host: Full Activation Host (Recommended)

• Two strategy sessions (120 minutes total) to develop activation goals, KPIs, and attendee journey
• Full custom host script and multi-segment flow for multi-day or full-day events (up to 10 hours/day)
• Professional on-site hosting, emceeing, and activation facilitation (team liaison for sponsors)
• Two branded activation concepts with simple props/brief production plan
• Coordination with event organizers and sponsor points of contact
• Post-event analytics memo: attendee engagement highlights and top 5 recommended improvements
• Exclusions: travel & accommodation, large production, AV rentals (can coordinate at cost) Ideal for: mid-size corporate events, tournament hospitality, multi-sponsor tents Delivery: remote prep + on-site presence
• Price: CAD 5,000. Deposit / Payment: 35% deposit; 40% due 30 days before event; remainder due 7 days prior

Tier 3 — Event Hosting + Entertainment: Full Production Host (Premium)

• Comprehensive activation strategy & creative brief (up to 4 hours planning)

• Full on-site hosting and emcee services for multi-day events (up to 12 hours/day)
• Curated entertainment elements (games, short performances, interactive sponsor moments) coordinated with local vendors
• On-site coordination of up to 2 local contractors (AV, stage assistant) — client pays vendor fees
• Sponsorship package alignment and liaison, signage/script integration, and pre-event sponsor briefing
• Post-event report with KPIs, photo highlights, attendee quotes, and recommendations
