I design and host elevated corporate activations and VIP experiences — from tent activations at golf tournaments to moderated panels and VIP lounges — combining hospitality, business development, and premium presentation to create measurable ROI and authentic brand connection.

Best for: clients who want you to design the experience and host it (e.g., tent concept for golf tournament).

• Fee: $8,000 — $12,000 USD (depending on scope)

• Includes: up to 8 hours on-site (event day), a concise creative brief + mood board (1–2 pages), VIP approach strategy, talking points, staff briefing notes, onsite hosting, and a post-event recap with measurement suggestions.

• Max hours: 8 included. Overtime billed at $750/hr.

• Deliverables: creative brief, onsite hosting, post-event recap & recommended follow-up sequence.

Add-ons & Line Items (make these explicit in every quote)

• Travel time: billed at 50% of hourly rate (your request). Apply to one-way travel time over 1 hour.

• Flights & Accommodation: Client covers round-trip transportation and hotel if overnight is required.

• Per diem (optional): $75–$200/day depending on market — include to cover food/incidentals.

• Overtime rates: listed in each package. Overtime begins immediately after max hours.

• Last-minute schedule changes (<72 hours): 20% rush fee.

• Recording / Video Usage: If the event is recorded and the client intends to use you in marketing assets (ads, paid campaigns, long-term promotional use), add usage/recording fee = +25% of booking fee (or negotiate a flat buyout).

• Exclusivity: If client requests brand exclusivity in a territory or timeframe, charge +25–50% premium.

Travel & Logistics Clause:

For bookings outside Bali, the Client shall reimburse round-trip economy airfare (business class negotiable), standard hotel accommodation, and per diem if an overnight stay is required. Travel time in excess of one hour (one-way) will be billed at 50% of the hourly rate and included in the invoice unless otherwise agreed. A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to confirm travel bookings.

Usage / Recording Clause

The booking fee covers live hosting services only and a 12-month use of non-commercial, editorial footage for the Client’s owned channels. Any commercial use of event recordings, paid promotion, or third-party distribution requires an additional usage fee equal to 25% of the total booking fee (or a negotiated buyout). Long-term or global buyouts will be quoted separately.

Deposit, Cancellation & Payment Terms:

• Deposit: 50% deposit to confirm booking.

• Final payment: due 14 days before event (or upon invoice if within 14 days).

• Cancellation: >30 days prior — deposit retained as credit; 14–30 days — 50% of total fee due; <14 days — 100% of total fee due. Exceptions for force majeure.
